Owner, admin, co-host and cleaner do not need the same screen. A turnover works without shared passwords.
A turnover fails when three people look at three apps. The guest wants to arrive at 3, the cleaner thinks 11, and the co-host has the code in an old chat.
The host sees the inbox, the plan and payments. The cleaner sees which property is free when, and whether early check-in shortens the day. A co-host can pick up messages without owning billing.
Arrival times come from online check-in, not from a note on the fridge. Guest messages still follow the timeline if you are on the road. The three screens are in How it works.
