Do guests need to download an app?
No. Each booking gets a private link. Guests open it in their phone browser — no account required.
How do bookings arrive in the system?
Connect your channel manager or calendar once. New bookings sync automatically and each one gets its own guest portal.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Colours, logo and property content follow your brand so the portal feels like part of your stay — not a generic tool.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial from the homepage and explore the host workflow before you commit.
Where can I read the legal documents?
Terms for hosts and guests, privacy policy and cookie information are linked in the site header and footer.
Does The Guest App use AI?
Host Ask AI and Guest Ask AI are optional. They are off until a host turns them on. The guidebook can also be translated automatically, and local tips can be suggested. Dynamic pricing does not use AI.
How much does The Guest App cost?
Prices are excl. VAT, per month, for the first property. Starter is €9.99 and includes a 30-day free trial. Pro is €30. Enterprise is €80 and goes through sales. An extra property is €15 per month. Yearly billing is 10% off, two-year billing is 15% off. The homepage shows the same figures from the current price list.
